This policy explains how StreamVault collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use live rooms, recordings, replays, clips, channels, posts, wallet, VP, and creator tools.
Information We Collect
We collect account, profile, phone, session, device, usage, payment, wallet, creator, moderation, and support information needed to operate the platform. We also store content you create or upload, including profile media, channel posts, chat messages, room metadata, thumbnails, preview videos, and reactions.
Recordings, Replays, Clips, And Exports
When room recording is enabled or started, StreamVault may capture audio, camera video, screen sharing, chat, reactions, gifts, polls, big-screen activity, join and leave events, moderation actions, and timing metadata. Replays and clips use those recording artifacts for the selected time range. MP4 exports are rendered only when an export or share action is requested.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide rooms, channels, discovery, notifications, recording playback, clip creation, monetization, moderation, fraud prevention, payments, safety controls, analytics, debugging, support, and legal compliance.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers for database, storage, live media, recording, queues, analytics, payments, notifications, email, SMS, and infrastructure operations. These providers process information for StreamVault. We do not sell personal information.
Retention And Deletion
We retain account, profile, media, recording, transaction, moderation, fraud, and support records as needed to provide the service, enforce safety, resolve disputes, satisfy legal and financial obligations, and prevent abuse. Some records may be retained, anonymized, or aggregated after deletion requests when required for compliance, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate platform operations.
