These terms govern your use of StreamVault, including live rooms, channels, posts, chats, recordings, replays, clips, exports, VP, and creator monetization features.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, devices, and activity. Do not share access tokens, impersonate others, evade moderation, or create duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions.
Content And Conduct
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant StreamVault the rights needed to host, transmit, moderate, replay, clip, export, display, and promote that content inside the service. Harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, copyright abuse, fraud, illegal activity, and attempts to compromise the platform are not allowed.
Recording, Replay, Clips, And Exports
Rooms may be recorded when a creator enables recording or a host starts it. Recorded rooms may include audio, camera video, screen sharing, chat, reactions, gifts, polls, big-screen activity, and moderation events. Replays and clips are built from those recording artifacts. MP4 exports are created only when an export or share action is requested.
VP And Monetization
VP and rewards are platform features and have no cash value outside StreamVault unless a verified withdrawal flow expressly applies. Withdrawals, creator rewards, gifts, and paid-room access may require verification and may be delayed or rejected for fraud, abuse, chargeback, compliance, or policy reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, and safety controls change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
